To support employee well-being with diversity and inclusion, The company multi-program for physical and mental health, i.e. First aids units with permanent nurse, Gym and Fitness, Stress management with mediation and preying facility that suitable for employee’s religions, Flexing working condition including work from home and partial working hour options.  We also provide the Lactation room. 

To support the employee with family concerns, the employee can leave with paid the maximum of 45 days per year for maternity leave and another maximum of 7 paid days for parental leave and non-primary caregivers leave to take care of their family member (including a child, spouse, and partners)
