Makro organized the Open House to warm welcome the 3rd year students from Srinakharinwirot University to the professional HR path

29 March 2023, Makro organized an open house event to provide an opportunity for 3rd year students of Psychology faculty at Srinakharinwirot University to learn and prepare for a career in HR from the real-life experiences of our HR team.

During the event, students learnt about the roles and responsibilities of HR in all functions, including Design, Recruit, Develop, Retain, and Utilize. Our team also provided guidance on the essential skills that students should possess to be effective in HR work.

Furthermore, Mr.Wasun Sinpitucksagull, Head of Human Resources – Makro Wholesales Business, shared our vision and mission of Makro and provided them with a better understanding of our Company.

This event provided an excellent opportunity for the students to get to know Makro better and see the real work of HR work. We hope that this event will inspire and motivate the students to pursue a career in HR and contribute to our industry’s growth and development.
