Responsible for E-commerce Marketing strategic & execution.
Develop and manage Business Intelligence tools - construct and maintain predictive models that support marketing vehicles and other key business initiatives, Marketing response and shopping behavior models
Create reports to measure success of marketing programs such as ROI, KPIs, incremental sales, etc
Mining and analyzing customer data and providing data-based insights to support strategic business decisions
Maintain marketing dashboards with KPIs (customer acquisition & retention, profitability per customer, aisle crossing, etc.)
Perform data analysis to find new insights related to customers and their behaviors
Contribute to the success of site, marketing & merchandising analysis initiatives
Manage category and product placement on the website, maximizing sales and profits while also enhancing the customer experience
Coordinate with operation team on related process
Conduct competitive and best practices research to suggest merchandising and user experience improvements
Develop and deliver exciting and relevant trading activity and promotions for customers in budget control
Work with development team to set requirements and test new site enhancements and applications.
Manage end-to-end processes of all paid, owned, earned media channels in order to build brand awareness and generate sales
Work closely with designer team and provide feedback on look & feel of design to maintain consistent branding and communication.
Bachelor or higher level in Business, Marketing, Ecommerce is preferable.
Must have 3+ years in relevant Customer/Web Analytics / Database Marketing / Digital Marketing positions Retail and e-commerce experience preferred.
Strong CRM and database marketing experience as well as experience in online retail and e-commerce marketing
Experience with consumer-facing internet products & services, including familiarity with product development lifecycle
Strong analytical and quantitative skills, has ability to interpret and apply complex and high volume customer data into plans that support annual business objectives
Ability to communicate with both business and technical resources.
