    Responsibilities: 
    • Responsible for E-commerce Marketing strategic & execution. 
    • Develop and manage Business Intelligence tools - construct and maintain predictive models that support marketing vehicles and other key business initiatives, Marketing response and shopping behavior models
    • Create reports to measure success of marketing programs such as ROI, KPIs, incremental sales, etc
    • Mining and analyzing customer data and providing data-based insights to support strategic business decisions
    • Maintain marketing dashboards with KPIs (customer acquisition & retention, profitability per customer, aisle crossing, etc.)
    • Perform data analysis to find new insights related to customers and their behaviors
    • Contribute to the success of site, marketing & merchandising analysis initiatives
    • Manage category and product placement on the website, maximizing sales and profits while also enhancing the customer experience
    • Coordinate with operation team on related process
    • Conduct competitive and best practices research to suggest merchandising and user experience improvements
    • Develop and deliver exciting and relevant trading activity and promotions for customers in budget control
    • Work with development team to set requirements and test new site enhancements and applications.
    • Manage end-to-end processes of all paid, owned, earned media channels in order to build brand awareness and generate sales
    • Work closely with designer team and provide feedback on look & feel of design to maintain consistent branding and communication.
    Qualifications: 
    • Bachelor or higher level in Business, Marketing, Ecommerce is preferable.
    • Must have 3+ years in relevant Customer/Web Analytics / Database Marketing / Digital Marketing positions Retail and e-commerce experience preferred.
    • Strong CRM and database marketing experience as well as experience in online retail and e-commerce marketing
    • Experience with consumer-facing internet products & services, including familiarity with product development lifecycle
    • Strong analytical and quantitative skills, has ability to interpret and apply complex and high volume customer data into plans that support annual business objectives
    • Ability to communicate with both business and technical resources. 
    • Creative thinker, open to idea exploration with strong problem-solving/analytical abilities
    • Customer focus, desire to work in a collaborative, cross-functional team environment
    • Flexible and responsive; able to perform in a fast paced, dynamic work environment and meet aggressive deadlines
    • Demonstrated strength in creating partnerships and in building relationships with other functions
