    Responsibilities: 
    • Developing and managing overall internal communications including Makro Head Office and Makro Stores nationwide.
    • Implement and monitor all HR internal communications activities to deliver high efficiency.
    • Manage and work closely with other departments to ensure that all internal communication tools are effectively managed operations.
    • Work with other departments to support company activities, Top Management Meeting. 
    • Manage all assistant task such as a reserve schedule and handle all activities to HR Director. 
    • Other project assignments.


    Qualifications: 
    • Bachelor degree or higher in Communication, Marketing,  PR or any related field. 
    • At least experience 8  years of internal communication, HR Communication fields. 
    • Good service mind, having challenge passion. 
    • Strong coordination, organization, teaming and communication abilities.
