เนื้อวัวบดเม็กซิกันเสิร์ฟกับวอฟเฟิลมันฝรั่ง

Ingredients:
  1. 12 pcs potato waffle
  2. 400 gr minced beef
  3. 30 gr onion chopped
  4. 3 pcs garlic chopped
  5. 50 gr carrot chopped
  6. 50 gr celery chopped
  7. 40 gr bell pepper diced
  8. 1.5 tsp Mexican chili powder
  9. 160 gr red kidney bean
  10. 40 ml Soya bean oil
  11. 300 gr crushed canned tomato
  12. 40 gr fresh tomato dice for garnish
  13. 40 gr sour cream for garnish
  14. Cilantro for garnish
Preparation:
  1. Combine all the vegetables and beef together in a bowl
  2. Panfry the waffles in the oil and set aside
  3. Add the beef mixture in to the oil and fry until the mixture break apart.
  4. Season with the Mexican spice
  5. Add in the crushed tomatoes and red kidney beans
  6. Let it simmer for 5 minutes
  7. Served over the Potato waffles, decorate with tomato dice the sour cream and cilantro
