    Responsibilities:
    • Responsible for all recruitment process especially for sourcing and screening candidate profile, interview selection, prepare the test and making offer for hiring the right candidates.
    • Provide full support spectrum of Human Resources including of recruitment process for mass recruitment.
    • To develop sourcing channel by website & newspaper advertising, headhunter agency, walk in and open house activities and direct approach.
    • To implement recruitment strategies for mass recruitment to retain potential candidates
    • Manage mass recruitment activities and collaborate with function Heads, and Area HR Manager for hiring process.
    • Monitor and ensure all documents concerned in personal file are up to date and accuracy.
    • Prepare productivity report to support payroll function.
    • Manage all ad-hoc of Human Resources Management.


    Qualifications:
    • Bachelor or higher degree in Human Resources Management, Law, Political Science, General Management, Psychology or other related fields.
    • At least 8 years of experience in Human Resources area especially in retail business is highly preferable.
    • Have knowledge of principles and procedures for HR recruitment, selection.
    • Maturity, proactive, high responsibility, service-minded, enthusiastic, adaptable, dynamic, team work, creative, initiative, and well organized.
    • Ability to multi-task and willing to work under high pressure.
    • Good command both of spoken and written English.
    • Good communication skill, able to coordinate with all level of people and ability to influence, coach at all levels of the organization.
